Overview

Marketeq is an enterprise IT consulting firm focused on creating seamless digital experiences by integrating user-centered design with emerging technologies, helping enterprises navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape.

Over three months, I worked across several MVPs to improve collaboration and support experiences, simplifying complex workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions.

Highlights

Assign roles faster with more detail when you need it

For projects that depend heavily on cross-team collaboration, managing members can involve a wide range of roles and access levels. I designed a team invitation modal that makes assigning the right role more intuitive while keeping the experience lightweight for quick invitations.

Make growing teams easier to navigate and manage

As teams grow, managing a large number of members can become increasingly difficult to navigate. I designed grid and list views for My Team, giving users flexible ways to scan members quickly or access more detailed information when needed.

Streamline project setup across teams

I designed the end-to-end project setup experience to streamline the workflow and improve cross-functional team coordination.

Reflections

Designing for complexity without adding friction

Workflows are about more than individual tasks

The hardest part was designing for the handoffs between people, roles, and responsibilities. Across project setup, team management, and client support, I learned that good collaboration depends on making those connections feel clear and intentional.

Flexibility should reveal complexity, not create it

Scalable experiences don't need to expose every option at once. The best workflows give users a clear path forward, with more detail available when they need it. Designing for complexity isn't about giving people more choices. It's about knowing which choices to surface, and when.
